VGE
is currently in the process of developing a state of the art agent support web
site, which will initially allow agents to enter orders and receive status
reports on the Web anytime and anywhere.
Eventually, this site will be a universal tool for each agent to perform all
aspects of his/her business. The time and cost savings to each agent from not having to have a full time
staff of technical personnel to develop and maintain such electronic order
entry and database tracking will be considerable. In
addition, by electronically matching submitted orders to status reports, VGE is
able to proactively spot and resolve many issues with orders before the master
agent is even presented with their status reports.
